JobSwipe is an employment app that matches people with jobs through a user interface similar to that of Tinder, while also incentivizing sharing and engagement through referral bonuses. JobSwipe users simply upload their resumes once and choose their skills and location preferences. From there, JobSwipe performs searches in more than 300 Facebook and LinkedIn groups.
